If you need help designing the project:
Upon award of your contact we will send one of our expert horticultural designers to your facility. They will first find out your needs, requirements and your approximate budget (if possible). They will then evaluate the lighting, traffic and esthetic conditions of your facility.
Back at our offices, they will draw up a plan to enhance the look of your property and present it to you in a clear and concise written proposal. We will answer any questions, make whatever changes are necessary and resubmit the proposal, if necessary.
If you have blueprints already:
If you have blueprints already and they have the plant placements, we will do the take-offs and submit a proposal based on them. If you do not have the plants on the blueprints, we will meet with you in order to discuss the lighting, traffic and esthetic conditions of your facility and place the proper plants and containers.
Existing plant projects:
If this is an existing project and you are not happy, want ideas to upgrade or enhance, new designs, a competitive price, or suggestions for saving money, we will meet with you and evaluate the quality level of the plants, containers and environmental conditions. We will mark which plant materials are in poor conditions and suggest replacing them. The rest of the material we will generally place under our warranty program.
What happens when the project is accepted?
Any plants and materials immediately get scheduled for delivery at the best times for you. Every product we install will meet or exceed your expectations.
Once installed, the finest service department in the industry takes over.
The service technician will come to your site as needed to make sure your plants always look great! He or she will first check in with the person you designate. Then we will water, feed, prune, dust, provide preventative insect control & rotate plants as needed. Upon finishing, we will check back in and let you know what we did and if any plants have been submitted for replacement or any other concerns.
Any questions you have can be called into our customer service department. They will make sure your needs are taken care of in the most efficient and quickest way possible.
